Cant really rmb when I stop.. and I am lazy to do a day by day thing again..
Just know that.. I am now suffering from aches wherever possible.. neck, shoulders, biceps, arms, calves, back, chest.. All these are cause from training too much.. exercise too much.. too much punishments.. Not that I mind them.. but I am just a frail little boy -.-
Had land training on tues.. attendance for juniors was 21-22... which means... we had ard 10+ juniors pon-ten training due to laziness, reasons, excuses or some really real excuses such as funerals.. etc.. I have make up my mind since last Sunday to attend all trainings possibles.. And so.. I have had.. Attended Saturday's, Sunday's, Tuesday's land training, ytd's Waterworks... and am sooo gonna go for waterworks later again.. but my body is so sore I dun felt like going..
Have work on Friday and Saturday nights.. All MCT... Dun like MCT.. Cuz got steps.. and the worst is the congested spaces within the different tiers... and the flight of 14 steps...
There is the SAVA sprints on Saturday and Sunday at Bedok Reservoir.. not sure the timing but I hope it will not be that early.. Most probably had to take MRT there cuz bus journey will take an approx of 2hrs.. Hope NPDB get a beautiful position in the race.. so that the seniors will be less harsh on us..
Now again.. the problem with girls... complicated creatures.. When you think you understand them.. you think you do.. but give us one seconds and we are back to square one.. trying to understand what they want... Gosh...
